The voice behind SZN to SZN and the face of Sierra on Social.
This space was born from some of the most unexpected and life-changing seasons of my life, starting in 2020, when I was laid off from my first “big girl” job during the pandemic. Instead of letting it defeat me, I used that time to pour into myself, taking classes, launching two businesses, and realizing that if you don’t create a life you love, no one else will do it for you.

In 2021, I faced a cancer scare that led to partial thyroid removal. Thankfully, it was benign, but in that season of waiting, I found myself again. I fell in love with taking care of my body, my mind, and my spirit. That’s when I discovered cycle syncing, and everything clicked. I began syncing my workouts, meals, and even my creativity with my hormones, and not only did it help regulate my body, it helped me lose 70+ pounds and reconnect with the real me.

In 2022, I packed up and moved across the country by myself. New city, new chapter, new energy. I built a life from the ground up one rooted in purpose, wellness, and joy.

​

Today, I’m a six-figure earner in corporate, running a YouTube channel, engaged to the love of my life (wedding coming August 2025 👰🏽‍♀️💍), and now pouring into SZN to SZN  a platform created to help women do the same: own their story, sync with their season, and live in flow.
