Wood Therapy "My New Favorite Self-Care Ritual"

I first got introduced to wood therapy after getting AirSculpt on my arms, I was just looking for something to help with post-procedure swelling and lymphatic drainage. But what started as part of my recovery quickly became one of my favorite wellness rituals.

Wood therapy, or maderoterapia, uses wooden tools to contour the body, reduce puffiness, and stimulate your lymphatic system. It’s non-invasive, soothing, and surprisingly effective

not just for sculpting, but also for boosting circulation, breaking down cellulite, and helping you feel more connected to your body.

Beyond the physical benefits, it’s been part of my “soft girl recovery era” — giving me space to slow down, release tension, and prioritize care in a way that feels luxurious and intentional.

If you’re looking for a wellness add-on that actually works (and feels like a mini spa moment), I highly recommend giving wood therapy a try. Whether it’s part of your post-op recovery or just your Sunday self-care lineup this one’s a win.
